- Sessions begin and end at scheduled times. Sessions starting late due to client not arriving on time, end at the appointed time and are full priced. Please arrive 5 – 10 minutes prior to scheduled time.
- Be present (not under the influence of alcohol or drugs).
- Clients provide a health history and update when necessary.
- Cancellation please notify me 4 hours prior to scheduled appointment time.
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- Professional boundaries is expected to be respected at all times.
- Be clean, having showered the same day as treatment. Office does not have a shower.
- Do not eat heavy meals less than 2 hours prior to the treatment.

- Privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
- Appointments are confirmed the day before the session.
- A tranquil environment with soothing music, scented room and a comfortable table.
- I customize my treatment to meet your needs.
- Clients are draped with a sheet at all times during session.

- If you have a specific medical condition or specific symptoms, massage work may be contraindicated. A referral from you primary care provider may be required prior to services being provided.
- You must understand that the massage work you receive is provided for the basic purpose of relaxation and relief of muscular tension. If you experience any pain or discomfort during this session, you must immediately inform the practitioner so that the pressure and/or strokes may be adjusted to my level of comfort.

- Because massage therapy is contraindicated under certain medical conditions, you affirm that you have stated all my known medical conditions and answered all questions honestly.
- You agree to keep the practitioner updated as to any changes in my medical profile, and understand that there shall be no liability on the practitioner's part should you forget to do so.
